SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4-6 chops
1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni
1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
2 1/2 c. hot water

Brown chops in small amount of oil. Remove. Brown Rice-A-Roni in pan grease until vermicelli is lightly brown. Add seasoning mix, 2 1/2 cups hot water and 1 can tomatoes (undrained). Stir to mix. Return chops on top. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
