SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
5-6 pork chops
1 c. rice, cooked
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 pt. canned tomatoes

Brown pork chops in covered skillet. Cover with cooked rice. Add chopped onions and peppers. Place tomatoes on top.

Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
