STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
3 lb. large fresh mushrooms
1/2 box Ritz crackers, crushed
2 c. small shrimp, chopped
1 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dry chives
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 1/4 sticks melted butter

Clean mushrooms and set aside. Melt butter and add remaining items. Stuff mushrooms and bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Can make a day ahead of time.
