STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. mushroom caps
2 pkgs. chopped spinach
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Lemon and pepper to taste

Wash mushroom caps and drain. Cook spinach as directed and drain. Saute green onions in small amount of butter, then add all ingredients and mix. Stuff mushroom caps. Cover bottom of baking pan with water. Place mushrooms in pan and place a pat of butter on top of each cap. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
