CRAB-STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
24 fresh mushrooms 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. milk 6 1/2 oz. can crab meat or 1/2 lb. fresh lump crab 2 tbsp. minced onions 1/2 tsp. horseradish Dash of Worcestershire sauce Salt, to taste Seasoned bread crumbs Blend all ingredients, except mushrooms and bread crumbs. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Fill caps with mixture. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes in a shallow buttered dish. |
