YUGOSLAVIAN JAM COOKIES 
1 c. + 10 tbsp. flour
1 cube + 2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. sugar
2 egg yolks

TOPPING:

1 slightly beaten egg white
2 tsp. sugar
3 1/4 oz. marmalade or any jam
1 oz. ground almonds

Blend flour and butter, add sugar, knead until smooth, form into small balls, place on a board. With a teaspoon or finger make a small indentation in each cookie. Grease a cookie sheet. Have a dish for each ingredient for the topping. Dip each cookie into slightly beaten egg white, sugar and almonds. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Put marmalade or any jam in each indentation while still warm.
