CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white syrup
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Half of roaster pan of popped popcorn

Combine brown sugar, butter, white syrup, cream of tartar, and salt in pan on stove. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuous. Remove from heat. Stir in soda. Pour over popcorn. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
