GRANDMOTHER'S SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. pimento
2 tbsp. horseradish (I usually only use 1 tbsp.)
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 can pineapple, crushed

Dissolve Jello in the hot water. Let set until begins to thicken. Then add rest of ingredients. Let set in refrigerator.

Note: may use 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise if you wish.
