CHEDDAR APPLE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apples
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter (melted)

Combine dry ingredients. Add combined eggs, milk and butter. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a well greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 65- 70 minutes or until done. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
