DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten

SAUCE:

1/2 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine ingredients and form into loaf; start baking while you make the sauce. (Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour). Combine sauce ingredients and heat before pouring over meat loaf. Baste at least once during baking. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
