SWISS AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 c. chopped, cooked chicken 2 c. sliced celery 2 c. sourdough-style croutons 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c. Miracle Whip 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. chopped walnuts, toasted (optional) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except walnuts. Spoon into 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with walnuts. Bake 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings. |
