BEER SAUCED MEATBALLS 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. tomato or cheddar cheese soup
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 lg. ground beef, pork, turkey, or veal
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. beer
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Hot cooked noodles or rice

Combine eggs, 1/4 cup soup, crumbs, and meat; mix well. Shape into about 36 meatballs. In a skillet, cook onions in oil until soft. Remove onions and save. Add meatballs to skillet; cook until browned, drain off fat. Combine remaining soup, beer, and oregano. Add to skillet with onions, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 6 servings.
