NANCY'S EASY-TO-MAKE MEATBALLS
AND SAUCE
 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 to 4 slices white bread (soak in water and squeeze dry)
1 sm. minced onion
3/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) jar ready made spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) can Del Monte tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients and make small meatballs. Saute in olive oil until brown. Remove from heat and add meatballs to sauces and let simmer on low flame for 1 hour.
