MEATBALLS SWEET & SOUR SAUCE 
20 lbs. ground beef
2 c. catsup
2 c. onions, diced or 1 c. dry onion mix soaked in hot water
2 c. water
12 eggs
5 cans Carnation milk
4 c. oatmeal or cracker meal
1/3 c. salt
4 (53 oz.) cans sweet & sour sauce

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well. Portion out into balls using scoop. Put meatballs on large baking pan, 18"x26". Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in oven at 300 degrees. Put into roaster and add sweet and sour sauce/water. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
