FROSTED SALAD | |
2 sm. pkg. lime Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 7-Ups 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 c. miniature marshmallows 3 sm. bananas, sliced 1/4 c. chopped pecans Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in 7-Ups. Chill until partially set. Drain pineapple, save juice for topping. Fold pineapple, marshmallows, pecans and bananas into chilled Jello. Pour into oblong pan and chill until firm. TOPPING: 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. pineapple juice 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 c. whipped cream or canned milk |
