POTATO CASSEROLE SUPREME 
6 med. potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook, cool and peel potatoes. Slice potatoes (not too thin). Set aside. Mix all other ingredients together. Fold mixture into potato. Put in casserole.

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter

Top with corn flakes combined with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This may be prepared early in the day and refrigerated until baking time. Increase baking time to 50 minutes.
