HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
3 c. bran flakes (crushed)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In medium bowl combine mustard, honey, lemon juice and garlic powder. Dip chicken in mixture to coat. In plastic bag, combine bran flakes and Parmesan cheese. Place chicken in bag, piece at a time and shake well to coat.

In a large shallow baking pan, arrange chicken and sprinkle with remaining bran flake mixture. Bake approximately 1 hour or until juices run clear when pierced. Serves 4.
