SAUERBRATEN 
1 round steak, cut in thin strips
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles

Brown round steak in oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until meat is tender. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
