SALMON BALL 
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) can salmon
1 tsp. horseradish sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix everything together except nuts and parsley flakes. Chill well. Roll mixture into ball and roll in chopped nuts and parsley flakes. Serve with crackers.
