CHEESE BALL 
2 c. salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients into a ball except nuts. Let chill. When ready to serve, roll in nuts.
