SALMON BALL 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)

In medium bowl, flake salmon; add cream cheese and mix. Add all other ingredients; mix well.

Form into ball; wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. Place on serving plate and sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Serve with crackers.
