SLOVENIAN SPAGHETTI 
1/2 lb. very lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 red pepper, chopped fine
2 tomatoes, quartered
12 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 c. red wine
5 - 8 oz. cans no salt tomato sauce
1 - 2 tsp. crushed oregano
1 - 2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. garlic chips
1/4 c. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt substitute

Brown ground meat in fry pan. Place cooked meat in strainer and rinse with water. Shake off excess water and place meat in large pot. Mix in onions, pepper, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, wine, oregano, celery seed, garlic chips, dill seed, garlic powder, basil leaves and salt substitute. Cook at low to medium heat minimum 2 hours (preferable 4 hours). Serve over cooked spaghetti.
