CINNAMON APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. Watkins cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. Watkins vanilla
4 c. chopped, pared apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Beat eggs and oil until light and foamy. Add vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Stir in apples and walnuts.

Pour batter into greased 13x9x2 inch cake pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for one hour or until cake tests done. Cool in pan on rack. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired. Makes 16 servings.
