SAUTE'ED PECANS 
1 lb. pecan halves, shelled
1/2 c. butter
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place butter and salt in a shallow baking pan to melt. Remove from oven and add pecans. Stir to coat all pecans well with butter and salt. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes to coat pecans well. After 1 hour sprinkle pecans lightly with more salt and stir well. Cool and serve.
