AUTUMN APPLE SALAD 
3 Granny Smith apples
3 Red Delicious apples
5 med. carrots
1 c. pecan pieces
2 tbsp. lemon juice

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1-2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cardamom

Dice apples into bite size pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel and grate carrots on large holes in hand garter. Toss with pecans. Whisk dressing together and coat apples and carrots well. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
