AUTUMN FRUIT SALAD BOWL 
1 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 pineapple, pared & sectioned
1/2 red apple, sliced
1/4 lb. red grapes, seeded
1 orange, peeled & sectioned
1 grapefruit, peeled & sectioned
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Whipped cream or mayonnaise

Line salad bowl with Romaine lettuce. Divide bowl into four sections with half slices of pineapple. Arrange alternate sections of grape fruit and apple in one division and place remaining fruits in separate divisions. Fill center with whipped cream or mayonnaise. Serves 4 to 6.
