QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 c. self - rising flour
1 c. milk

Boil chicken until tender. Debone and cut into chunks. Place in bottom of baking dish. Spread vegetables over chicken. Mix chicken broth and soup together and pour over chicken and vegetables. Mix butter, flour and milk together and carefully pour on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
