QUICK & EASY PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham cracker crust

Dissolve powdered sugar in milk, add softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat until smooth. Add Cool Whip. (Reserve some for topping.) Pour into ready made graham cracker crust. Chill. Ready to serve in one hour. Add topping or graham cracker crumbs. More peanut butter may be used if desired.

I made this for my dinner club and used a Marie Calendar pie crust but added melted chocolate chips to the bottom and sides of pie crust after baking it. I let the chocolate cool completely then I added all of the cool whip into peanut butter mixture, filled the pie crust and froze it until 15 minutes before serving and everyone loved it!
