STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Cut together flour, powdered sugar, and butter and put into pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Beat remaining ingredients together until fluffy and spread over cooled crust.

TOPPING:

1 c. mashed strawberries, 1 qt. frozen
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. red food coloring

Combine, cook until thick. Cool. Spread over cream cheese layer. Add strawberries to cover (sliced fresh strawberries). Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
