ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. zucchini, peeled & ground
1 lemon, ground with zucchini
6 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello

Boil zucchini and lemon together until clear, 20 to 30 minutes. Add crushed pineapple, lemon juice and sugar. Boil hard for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jello. Mix thoroughly and pour into sterile jars and seal with paraffin. Very good.
