WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. wild rice
3 tbsp. butter
1 lbs. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. turkey (cubed)
1/2 c. sliced almonds
3 c. chicken broth (or turkey)
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook 1 cup wild rice as directed on package (wash first), drain. Melt 3 tablespoon butter, onion, mushrooms and pepper and salt. Cook until tender.

Mix in bowl: rice, above mixture and all other ingredients. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees, covered. Bake last 20 minutes, uncovered.
