WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. wild rice
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. canned tomatoes
Lots of cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper

Soak wild rice overnight. Drain and add rest of ingredients. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.

This is a really easy to make hot dish and it is delicious. I use canned mushrooms, juice and all.
