MUSHROOM PATE | |
1 shallot 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 c. mushrooms 4 oz. cream cheese 3 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. chicken base Salt and pepper to taste In a food processor, combine shallot and parsley. Process until vegetables are minced. Steam mushrooms 5 minutes. Drain and place in a clean towel to remove excess moisture. Add mushrooms and the remaining ingredients to the shallot mixture. Process until smooth. Shape as desired and chill several hours before serving. |
