1 lg. potato or 2 sm. potatoes
2/3 c. sugar, white or brown
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Peel potato and grate it. Add all ingredients, bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
