15 inch pizza pan
1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Fresh strawberries
1 can sliced peaches
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
2-3 sliced bananas
Mandarin chunks

ORANGE GLAZE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice

Bake sugar cookie sough in pan and cool. Spread mixture of cream cheese and Cool Whip over. I place fruit in design on mixture and glaze. Cook the glaze over medium heat until thick. Cool. Spoon over pizza evenly.
