SWISS SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. green onion, sliced
1 1/3 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
3 lb. potatoes, peeled, boiled, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs, topping

Mix together. Place in 9 x 13 glass baking pan. Top with cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
