GRILLED CHICKEN MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 to 4 whole chicken breasts, boned and halved

Combine ingredients and pour over chicken breasts in a non-metal dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Use marinade to baste chicken while grilling.
