LIGHT NUT BREAD 
2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat together brown sugar and eggs. Add alternately dry ingredients and sour milk. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes about 6 small loaves. Grease pans or use aluminum pans (throw away) bought in bags. Test center to make sure its done with cake tester. Cool in pans on cooling rack for 10 minutes, remove from pans and continue to cool. Wrap in plastic wrap or can be frozen. Note: To make sour milk add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar to each cup of milk.
