EASY CROCK-POT PORK STROGANOFF 
1 lb. pork or beef cubes
1 large pepper (any color)
1 medium onion (sweet)
6 carrots
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom with garlic soup
1 cup dairy sour cream

Cut meat, pepper, onion, and carrots into bite size pieces and put all into Crock-Pot. Add can of cream of mushroom with garlic soup and stir.

Set Crock-Pot on LOW and walk away! Let cook 5 to 6 hours.

Stir in dairy sour cream to Crock-Pot right before serving. Best served with warm rice underneath.
