BAY SCALLOPS 
2 lbs. bay scallops (or sea scallops, cut up)
1/2 lb. butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh, pressed)
1/2 teaspoon coarsely cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 c. dry white cooking wine
lemon wedges

Place scallops in broiler dish.

Melt butter; combine seasonings. Toss bread crumbs in butter and seasonings. Sprinkle bread crumbs and butter over scallops. Add white wine.

Broil for 15-20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

Serves 6.
