1 stick butter
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 c. rice chex cereal

Melt butter, peanut butter and chips in a 13/4 qt. tupperware bowl in microwave for 1-3 minutes at 50% power. Dump cereal into another bowl. Pour in melted chocolate mix. Stir gently. Dust with confectioners sugar just to coat. Store in air tight container.
