SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
4 pork steaks, cut into bite size
1 c. BBQ sauce
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Brown pork, salt and pepper to taste. Mix BBQ sauce, water, and vinegar and pour over meat and simmer 45 minutes. add green pepper and preserves and simmer 15 minutes more. Serve with rice. Also good with spareribs.
