FRENCH FRIED MUSHROOMS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
20 med. size fresh mushrooms
1 c. corn flake crumbs
Vegetable oil
Seasoned salt

Combine egg and milk, beating well. Stir together flour and salt. Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture, and dip in egg mixture, roll in corn flake crumbs. Deep fry in hot 375 degree oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately. Yield: 20 appetizer servings.
