2 loaves frozen bread dough (thaw completely) 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1 c. chopped nuts 2 tbsp. cinnamon Break apart one of the loaves into small chunks and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan (chunks need not touch). Mix pudding, butter, sugar, mil, cinnamon, and nuts. Pour over chunks. Take 2nd loaf, break into chunks and place over top of mixture. Let rise for 2 hours or more (overnight is fine). Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. When finished, flip buns over onto a plate or cookie sheet to allow sugar mixture to seep through. |
