1 (20 oz.) bag chopped broccoli
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
4 c. chicken broth
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk - HOT

Cook first 4 ingredients until tender, about 15 minutes.

In pot melt butter; add flour and whisk until smooth. Add HOT milk - stir until smooth.
