TRUFFLE DESSERT 
1 lg. and 1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 (12 oz.) sponge cake
3 bananas
1 jar cherries
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding, mixed per directions on box
1 sm. nip orange or banana liqueur

Mix pudding. Cut cake in small chunks. Put handful on bottom of clear glass bowl. Layer as follows: cake, sprinkle with liqueur, pudding (cover cake chunks), fruits, Cool Whip. Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Chill and serve.
