TRUFFLES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa or 1 c. chopped coconut for garnish

In double boiler over hot, not boiling water (or in 2-quart saucepan over low heat), melt chocolate pieces; stir in condensed milk, vanilla and salt until well mixed. Refrigerate until moldable by hand. Take 1 teaspoon chocolate mixture and form into ball. Roll in coconut or cocoa. Place on waxed paper to cool. Repeat until all chocolate has been used.
