WHITE TRUFFLES 
2 lb. white confectioners' coating
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 lb. dark chocolate coating

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white confectioners' coating with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool. Shape into 1 inch balls. With wooden toothpick partially dip each ball in chocolate confectioners' coating or roll in cocoa. Makes 8 dozen.
