AUNT MAE MAY'S PUMPKIN PIE 
3 eggs
½ c. white sugar
½ c. brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 ½ c. whole milk
1 ½ c. cooked pumpkin (or canned pumpkin)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. salt
2 frozen pie shells

Mix beaten eggs, white sugar, brown sugar and cornstarch. Add milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Fill two frozen pie shells and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Great recipe. A must is using fresh mashed pumpkin. Also I've learned that making the mix a day before and storing it in the fridge then filling your shells and baking gives you a very deep pumpkin pie taste with all the spices maturing over night.
