CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
3 c. mashed potatoes (can use instant)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread potatoes into a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield 6 servings.
